As part of the ‘THE SHUTE FESTIVAL’ an interesting talk is being given by JULIA HAILES MBE, a sustainability pioneer with nearly 40 years in the green sector. Julia is a campaigner, writer, speaker and consultant and has written or co-written, nine environmental books, including ‘The Green Consumer Guide’, which sold over a 1 million copies worldwide. Julia is also an Ambassador for The Rainforest Trust. Julia will be just back from the rainforests of Guyana and will be giving an illustrated talk with highlights from her recent trip.
